Working as Project Manager for the Digital Transformation Programme at B&CE. Responsible of 3 Delivery Streams into these 3 key areas:
- Defining the MVP (Minimum Viable Product) / MMP (Minimal Marketable Product) for the new Digital Platform.
- Supporting the MSA (Master Service Agreement) with our providers and delivery partner.
- Defining the Continuous Delivery Op. Model based on Agile framework.
- Focus on the Discovery phase on DTP (Digital Transformation Programme) working with the stakeholders, delivery partner and other providers in order to ensure that the programme is on track. - Managing the risks/issues and dependencies with other Delivery and Enabling Streams into DTP. - Supporting to the Director of Digital Transformation Programme with the key topics defining the Service Model.

Working in remote as Agile Consultant / Agile Coach for a eCommerce Retail company in Spain that wants to implement Agile methodology through the entire company. My main responsibilities for 3 months have been:
- Facilitate the team with the knowledge so they can start the projects.
- Provide training to the team on the agile process (daily stand ups, planning meetings, retrospective meetings,…).
- Make sure that team is following agile processes in each sprint at user story level as per the Definition of Done (DoD);
